Is there a web app and mobile app?

Yes — web for desk work, Android app for field work. Same login, same data.

Do I need technical skills?

No. If you use WhatsApp and make calls, you can use EstateSarathi.

Can I try before paying?

Yes. Free plan lets you test with real leads and properties.

How fast is Premium activated?

Instantly after Razorpay payment verification.

What payment methods are supported?

Razorpay — UPI, cards, net banking, and wallets.

Can I use it in Hindi or Marathi?

Yes. English, Hindi, and Marathi UI are supported.

Is my data secure?

What is a "lead" in EstateSarathi?

A buyer or tenant inquiry — your customer record from first contact to closing.

What lead stages are available?

New → Contacted → Site Visit Scheduled → Negotiation → Closed / Lost.

Can I search leads by phone number?

Yes. Search by name, phone, or email.

How do follow-ups work?

Set a next follow-up date on each lead. Overdue leads are highlighted in red.

Can I filter today's follow-ups?

Yes. Leads tab → "Today" filter.

What is Lead Leakage Center?

Dashboard alerts for at-risk deals — overdue follow-ups, stale leads, and more. Tap to see the list.

Can I add notes after a call?

Yes. Notes and call logs with duration and outcome.

Where do leads come from — can I track source?

Yes. Record source (99acres, referral, walk-in, etc.) and view Source Performance on dashboard.

Is there a sales pipeline view?

How many properties can I add?

Free: 5. Premium: unlimited.

Can I add rent and sale listings?

Is there a full team management module?

Light team features today — assignment, sharing, and dashboard summary. Full HR/team admin may expand.

Does it work offline?

Requires internet for sync. App handles errors gracefully with retry.

Do I get push notifications?

Yes. Firebase push for follow-ups and alerts on Android.

Can I change my password?

Yes. Profile → Security → Change password.

Can I delete my account?

Yes. Profile → Delete account.

Can I migrate data from Excel?

Contact support for import assistance. Start fresh with new leads for fastest onboarding.

Is there an iOS app?

Currently Android. Web works on iPhone browser.

How much does Premium cost?

Plans are fetched dynamically — typically monthly/yearly INR pricing via Razorpay. Check Profile → Upgrade.

Are Campaigns and Commissions included in Premium?

They are separate paid add-on modules. Contact admin to activate.

What happens when I hit free plan limits?

Create is blocked with upgrade prompt. Existing data remains accessible.

Can I renew an expired subscription?

Yes. App directs you to subscription payment screen until renewed.
